popup-mouse-over-hover-display in 2.1.1 won't go away

This popup-mouse-over-hover-display in Ver. 2.1.1 won't go away, this "feature" was designed without an option to disable how reecidulously annoying this completely is! It's as utterly useless and distractingly detracting as much as it is pointlessly redundant to be there in my face ALL THE TIME blocking the playlist that already displays the metadata. Pic related:
