VLC plays video outside of main window

No. Qt5 is installed, but I'm using qt4 for vlc.

And you are sure that it did not pick Qt5 in the configure?

Well, here is the .configure line I'm using :

Note : built vlc-2.1 using 2.1-git branch and these ./configure line, and bug is no more alive

So, trunk code is finding QT5 where 2.1-git code does not find it ?

Exactly, so you are using Qt5, so you have no embedded video. This is normal.
