VLC crashes while starting with a m3u (rtp / IPTV) file

sometimes VLC 2.0.6 crashes if I double click on the "Alice TV.m3u" file. I have tried different builds from here: http://nightlies.videolan.org/build/win32/?C=M;O=D

STR a) VLC is closed b) double click on Alice TV.m3u (.m3u associated with VLC) c) VLC starts and crashes sometimes directly with an empty crash report file (report cannot be send on next start)

The M3U file includes URL specific to your ISP; this is not usable for VLC developers.

Without a sample file or a full stack trace, we will be unable to investigate this bug.
