Allow more than one instance does not work properly
Unchecking the box "Allow only one instance" doesn't work as I think we could expect. The tooltip of the checkbox says that checking it will prevent opening a new instance of VLC each time the user double clicks on a file in the explorer. So, in the opposite, it seems that if the box is left unchecked, a second, third, etc., instances should open each time the user double-clicks on a file in the explorer. This doesn't happen. Only one instance is executed when double-clicking on several files, regardless if the box "Allow only one instance" is checked or unchecked. The expected behaviour only happens correctly in case VLC program is executed invoking it directly, by a shortcut to the program for instance (so, not using file association double-click), but when trying to execute it double-clicking on a file, it always runs one instance, as said before. This happens since several versions ago before the present one.
