Lagarith YV12 display issue

Strange display corruption with Lagarith lossless codex and YUV.

This is still an ongoing problem. I've uploaded another short snippet:

There was an old version that worked, but the current behavior started when I updated. I don't know what the old version's number was.

Could you confirm that the problem is not reproducible with the default 32-bit Windows binary?

The default 32-bit Windows binary on the home page is the one I'm testing with. It fails.

This happens only with libav (FFmpeg works fine) in YV12 and with direct-rendering (EMU_EDGE) on.

THis will be fixed in 2.1.3
