Since version 2.0.2 DVB-S doesn't work. In 2.0.1 it works fine. The error log says:
'The selected digital tuner does not support the specified parameters.
Please check the preferences.'
I use the 64bit edition of VLC (the error also appears on the 32bit edition) on Windows 7. The latest nightly build has still the same problem. TV-card: tevii S464

maybe is important to note that GraphEdit can't connect Antenna Out of Microsoft DVBS Network Provider(Deprecated!) to tuner, but it can connect Microsoft Network Provider.
