Add a "Delete File Button" with direct access on the front panel

AS in the view picture of Windows, a button to delete the media's file that VLC is reading will be really helpfull.

As we charge a lot of bat quality of music or youtube's movies or bad sound, just help to throw them directly.

Request substituting this ticket with #18560 (closed), as 18560 defines more functionality to the same feature.

Core support has been implemented ages ago (vlc_unlink()). This is entirely a GUI problem.

I kind of agree. But maybe we need to have a dialog_ call from the core, no?

Or do we do the dialog from the Qt UI?

Please, we will use this feature a lot. It looks so simple. Save the file name, unload or skip the video, send to trash. Thank you.

Yes, any updates? Feature would be fantastic for pruning files. and as many duplicate tickets there are and have been locked and referred back to this ticket, it is clearly a very desired feauture!
