Actually, we are sending one ACTIONID_JUMP_FORWARD_SHORT every 12 ms, right now.

ACTIONID_JUMP_FORWARD_SHORT every 100ms seems better, to be honest. It means advancing one minute in half a second.

macosx: slow down the forward/backward buttons a bit (close [#6135](https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc/-/issues/6135))

continous button action skips 1 minute within 5 secs now, which matches iTunes

note that iTunes gets faster if you press the button longer, which is something we might want to do as well
