Proper Dual Monitor Support
Bug 1: I would like to report that when USING SKINS with the latest version of VLC (nightly and 1.1.11), when you enter full screen while playing a video on an extended (secondary) monitor, the video displays on the primary monitor (with DirectX and GDI output).
I'm using a NVIDIA 8600GT graphics card with the latest drivers installed as well as an Intel Quad Core running on Windows 7 64-bit.
Bug 2: When the monitor resolution of the primary monitor changes while playing a video on the extended (secondary) monitor, VLC doesn't automatically reposition itself (in full screen or when windowed and maximized) to correctly fit the extended monitor.
Suggestion: Also, the VLC skins feel "low budget" in comparison to other programs like Winamp. Could you please recommend a rewrite of the skin engine for VLC so that it is more responsive?
Question: Finally, why does VLC Player use a Traffic Cone for the main icon? Relevance?
Thank you for the excellent player.
Please provide me with feedback.
