Screen artifacts on bottommost line

Description

Confirmed on VLC 1.2 & 2.1 win

Here is test video:

On the bottommost line of the video you can see weird artifacts. Works fine on vlc 1.1.11 windows.

Confirmed with VLC 1.2.0-rc1-20120114-0208 on Windows but non found on Ubuntu with 2.1.0 (from launchpad master-daily compiled Jan 16 2012 20:14:35)

I can reproduce.

If it work on Ubuntu, it means it is a libavcodec regression, from either libav or FFmpeg... Gr8.

I know how to fix. Deactivate direct Rendering in preferences...
