Only one instance of VLC is possible, v1.1.4

For v1.1.4 only one instance of VLC can be run. "Allow one instance" in Preferences is unchecked, but it still does not work.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64b with Aero.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information

You need to save the preferences before you start further instances. Also one instance might be enforced by your file associations, in which case it's not a bug.
