Menus and buttons not working using pen tablet
Since using the new VLC 1.1.0, I am - most of the time - unable to click on any menus or buttons in the interface, with my mouse. The mouse I use is part of a Wacom tablet (Graphire 3), and using the pen, I can use VLC normally. The title bar is usable even with the mouse, and the mouse over effects on the buttons do work. In fact, the problem is only with the left button; context menus work fine. Outside of the VLC window, the mouse works as is to be expected of a mouse (except for the squeaking).
Also, restarting the application solves the problem for a short while; in fact the problem randomly emerges and subsides.
I am using the latest stable 1.1.0 (set to French) on Windows XP Professional SP3 (Dutch). Machine is a Pentium 4 (Northwood) 2.66 GHz (no hyperthreading), with 1.5 GB of DDR memory (PC2700), and I should also mention that I have disabled some NT services.
The exact same problem has been reported by several others on the forum. I could not find any reference to "tablet" in the bug tracker though.
