Strips off "http://" from URLs constructed when playing an m3u playlist on a web server
Consider the file http://example.com/play.m3u has the following three lines:
01.ogg
02.ogg
03.ogg
The files http://example.com/01.ogg (etc) do exist on the web server.
An attempt to launch in the console:
$ vlc http://example.com/play.m3u
will lead to errors similar to the following:
