chromecast: excessive MP3 to MP3 transcoding
VLC Chromecast streamer transcodes MP3 audio to MP3 again, due to bug in demux/mpeg/es.c which incorrectly tags MP3 audio as VLC_CODEC_MPGA and not as VLC_CODEC_MP3
