[0.9.4] XSPF output carries invalid URIs
I added a bunch of files to the playlist and saved it as XSPF to a file. The file produced carries Windows-style filenames inside the playlist location, e.g.
C:\foo\bar.xspf
instead of a valid URI. The track locations look like URIs but are not valid either, as backslashes are not allowed in URIs:
!file://C%3A\foo\bar.ogg
This seriously hurts interoperability. Please fix it.
Also, when fixing the playlist location please take #2217 (closed) into account.
