Portrait video does not scale window properly

Tested on VLC 3.0.4, Windows 10

I recorded a 1080x1920 portrait video in portrait mode with a smartphone.

When trying to play it with VLC, the vout size is 1920x1080 instead of 1080x1920.

It seems the orientation information is interpreted too late.
