when using follow command that generate H264 ES stream on the linux(LFS):

ffmpeg -vaapi_device /dev/dri/renderD128 -f x11grab -video_size 1280x720 -framerate 25 -i :0.0+800,0 -vf hwupload,scale_vaapi=w=1280:h=720:format=nv12 -c:v h264_vaapi -b:v 4000k -bf 0 -g 25 -f h264 udp://224.1.2.3:8009?pkt_size=1316 -low_power 1 -filter_threads 1

when using Command:

vlc --demux h264 --h264-fps 25 udp://@224.1.2.3:8009

the video picture is not present 25 fps , only 10 or 15 fps, so not smooth.
