Gnome - Media keys ignored after closing VLC
Hi there,
the media keys (play/stop/next/previous) in the keyboard get ignored after using & closing VLC on Gnome. On dbus-monitor the following messages are reported when pressing one of the media keys:

VLC v3.0.1, ARCH-Linux, gnome v3.28.1, gstreamer 1.14.0-1.
I apologise I wasn't able to try it on a nightly build, I failed both in using snap and compiling the whole source code from scratch.
