ALSA: HDMI passthrough support

The ALSA audio output should support passthrough of codecs not supported by S/PDIF.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information

AFAICT, this works like S/PDIF but the channels count must be 8 rather than 2 (clean API, not).
