fs controller does not hide

for some reason fs controller doesn't hide on this particular computer at my home.

FS CONTROLLER doesn't hide when watching stream from LAN

fs controller doesn't hide anymore until a full reboot. no idea what makes it do not hide, reproduced this effect on 2 Windows Vista computers already.

It will not hide whenever "Task manager" is open and always on top.

And after few minutes it will not be able to hide for the rest of vlc session.

It will not hide anymore after few minutes every time vlc start.

After few minutes of testing, every time vlc start it will not hide anymore

till the week I should have installed Vista, so then I will test and hopefully fix it

open task manager view network play some video with vlc goto fullscreen voila controller will not hide.
