Controls for the "Interactive Zoom" feature rotate as video is rotated
The controls for interactive zoom feature were designed to appear at the top-left of the video window, but they move to other corners of the screen when the transform feature is enabled. This makes them more difficult to use and provides an inconsistent interface.
To reproduce: The order of operations matters. You must enable interactive zoom before enabling the transform feature. It doesn't matter which transform setting you use. The interactive zoom controls will have moved to some other location in the video window from the top-left. Either upside down, sideways or flipped, etc.
