No handling of Samsung SmarTVs TV recorded files for video+audio (filename.SRF) & program details (filename.INF) formats
On Samsung SmarTVs models later than 2011 (i.e. UE40F7000LED model) TV shows can be recorded on USB connected drives that are formatted with ext4 filesystem. Thanks to a free 3rd party tool (Paragon ExtFS for Windows) such recorded media files consisting of both video+audio (filename.SRF) & TV program details (filename.INF) can be exported to PCs with at least Windows 7. But as of now, at least up to v2.2.4, VLC is unable to properly recognize recorded media format and so does not play any video+audio content (only from filename.SRF). So when a filename.SRF (i.e. 20160205220003.srf) is dragged on VLC v2.2.4 (x64) window on a Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 (x64) VLC indeed only starts some analysis (as resulting from verbosity 2 collected log I saved) that only complete without playing anything (and at least VLC does not crash at all).
