Korean SMI subtitles not displayed properly
Play video with SMI subtitles. They are not decoded/displayed properly, see screenshot.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information

Finally made it working in Windows 10:
- Set default encoding to "Korean (EUC-KR/CP949)
- Set font to "Arial Unicode MS"
Obviously you need to install "Arial Unicode MS" fonts which are not free. There's also another unicode font by default in Windows: Lucida Sans Unicode. Unfortunately, this font won't display the subtitles attached to this bug.
If you are in OSX 10.10 Yosemite or higher, choose also "Arial Unicode MS", which is available at:
/Library/Fonts/Arial Unicode.ttf
