3.0 regression: playlist whitespace menu missing several items

Somewhere in the past month or so, the 'Clear Playlist' menu item (as well as a few others) are missing from the context menu when clicking on the whitespace in the playlist.

Forget about the screenie -- it is not possible to take a screenshot in Windows while a context menu is open.
