VLC Win64 start failure in Win10

Dialog box i receive when trying to launch VLC Nightly build (WIN64 Version)

"Vlc media player could not start. Either the command line options were invalid or no plugins were found"

stable 32 bit version works fine - i have uninstalled and reinstalled the nightly version (win64) numerous times, deactivated all virus software as well and still no joy

I would have two suggestions to fix the issue:

1. Reverting 1806cbc0 or
2. Using the following code (I don't know if this is performant):

subsequent releases appear to have fixed the 64bit windows install routine which appeared to be the problem - the ticket can be closed thanks for the comments

Are you sure? I can still see the issue for 3.0.0 nightlies...

93787b31 fixes the issue.

And I understand now the cause for the first commit: The folder "plugins" in the sdk folder will be added too, if insertmacro InstallFolder plugins is called.

Do you mean problems when you uninstall? That's right, because InstallFolderInternal does not always use absolute paths.
