Android VLC hasn't been working with http video streaming since v1.5.0 (libvlc-3.0.0)
We're developing the app using your SDK. We tried to use you last enhancements after v.1.5.x releases of Android VLC Player, but ran into an issue with HTTP streaming: it either not playing the remote video file, or it is incapable of seeking the playback - and always it stucks with EOF while streaming.
Players of v1.3.2 and v1.4.1 handle HTTP ok.
Builds were tested on the line of recent Samsung tablets (GT-N5100 for instance), the behavior is the same for all of them.
Way to reproduce: just ask to open MRL in your app (we use videos of MIPT uni: http://lectoriy.mipt.ru/cdn/videosh264/Biology-AddChapters-L01-Rebrikov-120910.01.mp4) and try to seek if it starts playback.
I attach the log files of Android VLC Player for v.1.3.2 (it works ok) and for v1.5.1 - 1.5.90 (same behavior - fails to play http). More, I attach the log of libvlc (aar v3.0.0, build with vlc player v1.5.2), that we get in our app: it opens the url with video, plays it, but on seek it stops the playback, saying that EOF happend.
