Windows 10 instability
I'm not sure if this is a VLC issue or a driver issue. I suspect it's a driver issue because WMP has been acting dodgy as well, but I wanted to let you know in case the issue exists between the two.
When playing a video, resizing the window can lead to the canvas enlarging but the image remaining the same size, or in some cases the video simply freezes. Reloading VLC helps, but then you have to find your spot again. And that exposes another issue.
For some reason movement of the mouse or clicking in the video layer sometimes causes the program to crash like a popping soap bubble. The slightest movement of the mouse or a click, and poof! Upon restart the application sends off a crash report and we move on as usual.
I'm attaching a DXDiag report so you'll have all my system specs. I recently updated both my GeForce drivers and VLC, so its hard to pin down if one or the other pre-dated the crashing.
