OGM subtitles not displaying correctly

After updating to 2.2.1 (sorry, I don't remember previous version, but should be 2.x), OGM subtitles don't display properly in that some don't display at all or disappear too quickly.

When using OGMDemuxer to extract the *.srt file, and using the extracted subtitle file in VLC, subtitles are displayed correctly, so it shouldn't be an issue with the OGM file itself.

Tested using vlc-2.2.0-20150617-0302 and vlc-3.0.0-20150605-0403 win64 builds and issue is still prevalent.

Going back in the VLC archive... Subtitles last worked properly in 2.1.5. The issue crept up in 2.2.0.

I don't know if this makes a difference, but my issue is with *.ogm files, not *.ogg files.
