Docket Playlist Toggle / No Video
If you open a video file with "Docked Playlist" checked and you uncheck it you'll end up with nothing but the VLC cone in the video and the audio will continue playing.
You can restore video by repeating this ( Re-check docked playlist and then un-check again ) - You now have an un-docked playlist and video at the same time.
I'm running Windows 8.1, I've seen a similar report but it was linked to a closed report which I assume the issue it was linked to was fixed.
This however is not.
