Bug in decoding teletext
Hi, there is a persisting bug in decoding closed captions. According to EUROPEAN TELECOMMUNICATION STANDARD ETS 300 706 the subtitle line should start with bytes 0b 0b and ends with at least ONE 0a - everything not inside these boxes should not be displayed. The VLC decoder however requires two 0a endings and is always showing all chars even outside the boxes.
