sout-all reorders the tracks when streaming
Hi,
When streaming to the local network. when using the sou-all switch, vlc randomly reorders the tracks contained in the original media file. This is the file:
Duration: 00:21:57.72, start: 0.042667, bitrate: 4056 kb/s Stream #0:0(und): Video: h264 (High) (avc1 / 0x31637661), yuv420p, 720x576 [SAR 64:45 DAR 16:9], 3663 kb/s, 25 fps, 25 tbr, 12800 tbn, 50 tbc Stream #0:1(eng): Audio: aac (mp4a / 0x6134706D), 48000 Hz, stereo, fltp, 192 kb/s Stream #0:2(eng): Audio: ac3 (ac-3 / 0x332D6361), 48000 Hz, stereo, fltp, 192 kb/s
and here is how VLC streams it to the network:
Stream #0:00x521: Audio: aac ([15][0][0][0] / 0x000F), 48000 Hz, stereo, fltp, 205 kb/s Stream #0:10x51f: Video: h264 (High) ([27][0][0][0] / 0x001B), yuv420p, 720x576 [SAR 64:45 DAR 16:9], 25 fps, 25 tbr, 90k tbn, 50 tbc Stream #0:20x523: Audio: ac3 (AC-3 / 0x332D4341), 48000 Hz, stereo, fltp, 192 kb/s
this causes issues with stbs and other instances receiving the multicast streams.
The behavior is totally random...I have observed this with other media files as well where multiple audio tracks are included and it randomaly switches the order of the language tracks...I would expect vlc to stream the media in the exact same order as contained in the media file.
Thanks!!!
