[PATCH] add new Xiph file extensions to VLC.app

attached patch adds the new file extensions as outlined here http://wiki.xiph.org/index.php/MIME_Types_and_File_Extensions to the list of supported files

Reopening ticket because the files at some points describe wrongly some of the Ogg formats. I created a pair of patches for both trunk and branches with a few corrections. Please feel free to implement them.

However, I also added the media types for every Xiph format described in there, which may not be allowed as I noticed the only media type mentioned at all was the application/videolan-vlc. As such, I created another pair of patches that does exactly what is described above, but without the addition of the media types. Just select whichever pair suits better the needs of VLC.
