ASS subtitle has wrong size

Starting with VLC 2.2, some fonts are displayed in bigger size than before. Reported here: https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=122356&view=unread#unread

For me, it's even worse, it does not select the libass decoder.

I see the same output in 2.1.5 and 2.2.0 on Linux. Contribs issue?

demux/subtitle: Fix wrong ASS header parsing

After optimization in 6cccd64dacf431e1c33877e131b09ff906c85972,
complete ASS header was discarded for some subtitles.
