Http in SAP

Since the rewrite of the SAP module, the http is no longer supported. (a=http-path, ...)

This is a regression.

Well, this was quite cool ... but this was also a proprietary and strange thing, so I'm not positive we must put that back.

Indeed i agree. the world of SDP and RTSP is weird enough by itself, i don't see why we should contribute to that problem. However, if it is scrapped it is probably in order to spend a line in the NEWS file to.
