MKV. Vorbis audiotrack: https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=8A0AE5D00CEA83C2!18489&authkey=!AO4yRTS83CU2dKk&ithint=file%2c.mkv (file: [Winter] Hataraku Maou-sama! 01 [BDrip 1280x720 x264 AAC].mkv).
OGM. Vorbis videofile: https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=8A0AE5D00CEA83C2!18488&authkey=!AFfAmyT74eJNJRw&ithint=file%2c.ogm (file: [a4e]Kurogane_Communication_01.ogm).
Sound: crackling, gnash, and similar.
Especially well it is visible (it is more precisely audible :)) on Hataraku Maou-sama [Winter]! 01 [BDrip 1280x720 x264 AAC] of .mkv.
Start at first in VLC for Modern UI, and, after that, in VLC for Classic UI. Compare.
