Freetype 2.2

There has been some big changes in Freetype2. VLC seems not to accept Freetype > 2.2.0.

An initial grep as suggested on the webpage, does not show the use of any internal functions of freetype by us. I think we are safe.

Yes. But to cross-compile, we need to wait for 2.2.2
