Qt4: Moving video to correct screen activates in single monitor mode

    As noticed in: http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=98538

    With VLC 2.0.0 (Qt interface), the returning from fullscreen playback can reposition the video window (or whole VLC in case embed video in interface is select) to left corner when it should return to earlier position. It seems Moving video to correct screen is activated even with single monitor.

    Tested under Win32.

    To reproduce the issue do

    - open any video
- place the window in the top right corner
- move the window 1 or more pixels over the top screen edge
- double click to go to fullscreen
- double click to leave fullscreen
= window is re-placed to the top left corner
