libqt4_plugin.dll has reference to G:/Qt/4.7.2/qt-qt/plugins which causes unneed disk operations

As reported in: http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=96185&p=319953#p319629

libqt4_plugin.dll has reference to G:/Qt/4.7.2/qt-qt/plugins (qt_plugpath=G:/Qt/4.7.2/qt-qt/plugins in the binary) and if user has G: partition, the VLC startup tries to find that location and starts up the hard drive in case it is sleeping. This isn't nice behavior and it slows down the VLC startup.

Binary checked from VLC 1.1.11 and vlc-1.2.0 git-20111023-0002 under Win32.

Should be fixed in newer VLC 1.2 version.
