unprecise slide bar

Hi videolan,

the behavior of the VLC slide bar could be more precise. Try to play the last minute of a file as shown. You'll see that VLC will close the file instead of playing the last minute.

Hmm well this depends on how well the file is indexed. Precise seeking is usually not possible at a reasonable computational and I/O transfer cost.

Can't say much without an actual sample.
