Time line causes audio problems.

Moving the mouse in time line the message log shows:

main warning: output date isn't PTS date, requesting resampling (54000)
main warning: output date isn't PTS date, requesting resampling (44021)
main warning: audio drift is too big (130645), dropping buffer
main warning: audio drift is too big (123395), dropping buffer

And then,sometimes, after some seconds there is a little cut in the audio stream.

I can't reproduce the issue.

added Severity::normal label and removed Severity::major label

It just happens on Windows XP, no problem with Windows 7.

I can't reproduce the issue on XP either.

So it seems to be more a system / driver issue than a VLC problem to me.

And this is fixed in 1.2, because we don't use a tooltip anymore.
