External Subtitles do not work i.c.w. mpeg files

Subtitles seem to disappear or perhaps removed from screen before they are even displayed at all some times. Often they appear way too short. It seems to affect both mpeg and avi moviefiles. Perhaps the dts hack is the cause.

For MPEG at least, it has never worked correctly. This is due to imprecise timestamping with the PS demux.

I personnaly have no problems with AVI

hmm, now that we have GET_TIME in mpeg ps, this might just be fixed....
