Disable: QT4 Full screen contoller dragging from buttons changes its location

As reported in: http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?p=182218#p182218

When using QT4 GUIs full screen controller, you can lose the controller if you for example push pause button (don't release mouse button) and start to move mouse around. This behavior changes following line in vlc-qt-interface.ini

[FullScreen]
pos=@Point(2580 1686)

So request is to disable this behavior. So you cannot drag Full screen contoller via its buttons.
