Maximize video on startup

As pointed out in here: http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=48565

Currently there isn't a option to start VLC with video maximized (not same as fullscreen). So adding this feature would make life easier at least for someone.

patch to remove calls to setMinimumWidth(...) in MainInterface

Added attachment:

After removing the call to setMinimumWidth in the Qt MainInterface, restoreGeometry(..) in modules/gui/qt4/util/qvlcframe.hpp, correctly restores the maximized state of the Mainwindow.

Qt still seems to figure out the minimal size by itself using the sizeHints of the child widgets.
