SAP SD broken

It seems that SAP is no longer properly received.

Confirmed by me. At least OS X has this issue.

Seems as if we get stuck because poll doesn't return...

if (poll (ufd, n+1, timeout) > 0)

Has been broken since at least 28th of april.

I suspect the problem was introduced by: [8c906d60]

Also there are other bugs - on Win32 (today's nightly) it doesn't hang, but discards proper SAP announcements with:

sap debug: SDP connection infos not supported: IN IP4 233.10.47.89/20

On 10.4 poll() is broken icw sockets ..... SIGH. Stupid Apple.

In vlc in configure.ac, we already set HAVE_POLL to false, but because poll() exists as a kernel function, I think it is still used in place of src/network/poll.c version of poll() or something.
