Qt4 playlist reordering crashes

Description

Start qvlc with three playlist items, and open the playlist. Drag the first (top) playlist item on top of the second one, and drop. Repeat the operation three times: 

ASSERT: "first >= 0" in file kernel/qabstractitemmodel.cpp, line 2101
