Description

When the stream output chain completes: 

[00000345] main private debug: destroying chain... (name=rtp)
[00000350] main private debug: waitpipe: object killed
[00000350] main private debug: thread 3011505040 joined (../../../modules/stream_out/rtp.c:1193)
[00000348] main private debug: removing module "mux_ts"
[00000347] main private error: object is not attached

Something seems to be wrong when unloading the muxer.
