Description

The problem lays in VLCs method to handle audio devices when a audio input is detected from the video device when using dshow.

How to reproduce:
1. Use a DVcam with mic and plug it into firewire port. 2. Open VLC and select "Open Capture Device" 2.2 => Press the "Refresh list" buttons 3. Select the DVcam in "Video device name" (should be something with the name "Microsoft DV/AV") 4. Select a mic (or other source) in "Audio device name" 5. Press Ok 6. Talk and see (or rather hear) that the "Audio device name" is ignored.

What is expected:
Only the audio from the "Audio device name" should be heard.

What else:
Should be possible also to select audio from the DV/AV cam.

This is a partial bug, because the FW device probably sends the video/audio in a muxed stream. But it is indeed not as userfriendly as we might want.

Cannot be fixed before 0.9.0
