Priority of process is not really set to high

Description

Someone reported this and I too am noticing the same thing. It seems that when the box "Increace the priority of the process" is checked Windows Task Manager reports it only as being set to "Above normal". I've tried this with the latest nightly build (31-Jul-2007 00:21) and still get the same problem.
