Do not autosave settings from the command line
Ever since automatic saving of preferences has been introduced, any option that is used on the command line is saved, and re-used next time, even if it's not specified. This includes annoying stuff such as --loop --sout --aout --vout --intf and, well, pretty much any command line option.
This is a regression from 0.9.0 (AFAIK), and severely limits the usability of VLC from the command line. I don't know if this also affect other cases. Ultimately, it's arguable whether just about anything should not be autosaved (on the extreme).
Please DO NOT postpone beyond 0.9.0 release (or make a case).
